Refund Policy

đź’° Refund and Return Policy – ​​Gharbachat Mart

At Gharbachat Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions on which refunds, cancellations and returns are accepted.


By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 The customer can request a return in the following situations:
The product delivered is defective, damaged or expired.
The product delivered does not match the order.
The product bill is incorrect or the wrong product has been shipped.
1.2 Not eligible for returns:
Perishable goods (fresh food, dairy products, vegetables, etc.)
Opened or partially used consumer products (toothpaste, soap, detergent, etc.).
Personal care, hygiene and intimate products (for health and safety reasons).
Items purchased during flash sales/clearance offers (refundable only if damaged).


2. Return Process
Customers must make a return request through the app/website helpline within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof of damage/damage (photo/video) must be shared while making the request.
After approval, the product must be returned with the original packaging and invoice/bill.
Where available, our logistics partners will arrange for pick-up.


3. Refund
The refund will be initiated after the returned item is received and verified.
Refunds can be given in the following ways:
Basic payment method (UPI/Net Banking/Card/Wallet).
Store credit/Wallet balance (faster option for redemption).
Refund Processing Time: 5-7 working days after approval.


4. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled without charge before shipment.
Cancellation after shipment is not possible; Customers have to apply under the return policy.
Cancellation of prepaid orders (before shipment) will be refunded within 5-7 working days.


5. Franchise/Bulk Orders
For franchisees and bulk buyers, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Bad stock or wrong dispatch.
Error in Gharbachat Mart's supply chain.
Refund/credit note will be issued after verification of returned stock.
No refund for stock sold or damaged due to misuse at franchise/store level.


6. Exceptions
Refund is not applicable on gift vouchers, discount coupons and promotional credits. Delivery charges, if any, will not be refunded (except in cases of incorrect/defective delivery).
